What it does
Car protection centers lose money in the gaps: a car that arrives with a scratch nobody wrote down, a film roll that runs out mid-job, a warranty nobody can find, a customer who never comes back for the free check-up, and a branch whose numbers the owner only sees at the end of the month.
This system closes those gaps. Every car is checked in with its mileage, condition notes and photos, and the customer signs a printed check-in form (Arabic or English PDF). The car then gets a work order: the services done (PPF, nano-ceramic, tint, color change, detailing), the technicians who did them, the payments, the external costs and the documents — all in one file.
When the car is delivered, each service gets a digital warranty with its end date and a PDF certificate for the customer, and the system schedules the re-inspection appointments on its own, so the team knows who to call today and customers keep coming back.
Film is stocked the way you actually buy it: full and opened rolls, measured by the square or linear meter, with the cost and value of what is on the shelf. Low-stock alerts, purchase orders to suppliers with partial receipts and payments, and stock transfers between branches keep every center supplied.
Finance is live, not end-of-month: invoices, payments, expenses with manager approval, cash, bank and wallet accounts, and ready PDF reports in Arabic and English. HR covers employees, attendance, overtime, advances, deductions, technician commissions and payroll.
