E-commerce
An online store for your supermarket, with weight-based selling, delivery areas and time slots, and a full admin panel
A complete online supermarket: an Arabic and English storefront, products sold by piece, weight or volume, delivery areas with their own fees and minimums, delivery time slots with capacity, substitution choices, cash on delivery or wallet payment, and an admin panel for orders, products, categories, brands, delivery and financial reports.

A supermarket is not a normal online shop. Customers buy 1.5 kg of tomatoes, a litre of milk and a pack of rice in the same basket; they want the order at a time that suits them; and they come back every week for the same things. A generic store template cannot handle any of that.
This system is built for groceries. The storefront works in Arabic and English, on mobile and desktop, with a dark mode. Customers browse by department, filter by offers, availability and chilled or frozen goods, search by product, brand or barcode, and see the price per kilo, litre or unit on every product.
Products are sold the way they are sold in the shop: by the piece, by weight or by volume, with a quantity step (for example a quarter kilo) and a maximum per order. Weighed items are confirmed at the actual weight when the order is picked. In the basket the customer sees how much is left for free delivery and the minimum order, and chooses what happens if an item is out of stock: call me, replace it with something similar, or remove it.
At checkout the customer picks the delivery area — each area has its own fee, minimum order and free-delivery threshold — and books a day and a time slot. Slots have a capacity and close by themselves when full. Payment is cash on delivery or an e-wallet / InstaPay transfer with its reference. Customers can order as guests or with an account that keeps their orders and saved addresses.
In the admin panel every order moves through pending, confirmed, picking, out for delivery and delivered, with the time of each change recorded, the payment status and internal notes. Products have Arabic and English names, barcode, brand, category, unit, net content, storage type, sale prices with start and end dates, stock and low-stock alerts, and several images. Delivery areas and slots are managed from the panel, and the dashboard and financial reports show revenue, orders, average order value and orders by status.
The store is server-rendered for search engines, with structured data for a grocery store. It is delivered with your logo, colours, departments, products and delivery areas, and your team is trained before launch.
