OpenAI’s models are the language engine we build business chatbots on. On its own a model is a very capable writer that knows nothing about your business; we connect it to your own data — your products, your articles, your policies — so its answers come from your system rather than from the open internet.
It can also be given actions: check stock, find an order, book an appointment, open a support ticket.
Your customer gets an answer at midnight, in the language they wrote in, and it is your answer. For a legal publisher that means finding the right title out of thousands; for a clinic it means booking the right doctor at the right time.
What it takes off your team is the repetitive half of the inbox — where is my order, do you have this in stock, how do I return it — and leaves them the conversations that need a person.
