BEFORE & AFTER

What changed for Anas Saleh Coffee

Before we came

Anas Saleh is a coffee roastery in Egypt that sold through its shop and through resellers. Customers who wanted a specific roast had to visit or message, and the roastery had no place of its own to show where its beans come from or how each roast tastes.

Orders from other cities were arranged one by one on the phone, with delivery prices worked out every time.

  • Sales through the shop and resellers only
  • Orders arranged one by one by phone and chat
  • Delivery fees worked out for every order
  • No place to present each roast and its origin

After we delivered

The roastery sells directly to customers at home instead of through resellers only, and each week’s roast batches are sold and tracked from one screen.

  • An online store in Arabic and English
  • A page for every roast with photos and price
  • Fixed delivery fees for every governorate at checkout
  • Orders and stock followed from one dashboard
  • 98products online
  • 27governorates with a fixed delivery fee
  • 2languages: Arabic and English
WHAT WE BUILT

The system behind it

The store is organised the way people buy coffee: by how they brew it, from whole beans to capsules, with a page for every roast that carries its own photos, description and price.

Customers order and pay online, the roastery follows orders and stock from the dashboard, and the story of where the beans come from and how they are roasted has its own section.

HOW WE WORKED

From first meeting to launch

  1. 1

    Brand and catalogue

We organised the catalogue the way people buy coffee — by roast and by how they brew it — and gave the roastery's story and the origin of its beans their own pages.

  2. 2

    Store and checkout

Cart, customer accounts with email verification, cash on delivery and a delivery fee for each of the 27 governorates, calculated at checkout.

  3. 3

    Dashboard and launch

A dashboard for products and their photos, categories, orders and daily financials, then launch on the roastery's own domain with SEO for every product page.
