What changed for PhysioTech Clinic

Before we came

PhysioTech is a physiotherapy clinic in Maadi. Patients found it through word of mouth, and bookings were taken by phone and written in a diary.

Patient files, session notes and assessments were kept on paper, the doctors' schedules were arranged by hand, and income, expenses and packages were followed in spreadsheets. The clinic also had no way to show what it treats and the recoveries it achieves to people searching online for their condition.

The system behind it

The public side gives every treatment its own page — sports injuries, post-surgery rehabilitation, home visits, chronic pain, manual therapy and the rest — along with the clinic’s blog and its patient success stories, so people searching for a physiotherapist in Maadi find the treatment they need.

Patients book a session online. Behind it, the clinic runs everything from one system: doctors and their schedules, patient records and session notes, payments, and the services and packages the clinic offers.

    A server-rendered Arabic and English website with a page for every treatment, a blog and patient success stories with video, prepared for search in Maadi and Cairo.
