What it does
Wholesale distribution runs on thin margins and many small details: which warehouse has the item, which van is carrying which order, which shop still owes money, and which factory order arrived only half complete. When all that lives in notebooks, WhatsApp and Excel, money leaks at every step.
This system puts the whole cycle in one place. Orders are created for a shop in a minute: choose the customer and branch, the source warehouse, the van and the sales rep, and add products while you see the price and the stock available in that warehouse. Discounts by percentage or amount are calculated, and any credit the customer has is applied automatically.
Orders move from pending to loaded on a van to delivered, and every van shows what it carries, what is on the road and what was delivered. Returns are recorded with the product, quantity, van and customer, and the refund due is calculated.
Stock is tracked per warehouse with minimum levels and low-stock alerts, and the product catalogue holds photos, wholesale prices, pack sizes and codes. Purchase orders to factories and suppliers can be received in full or in part; received goods enter the warehouse immediately and product costs are updated.
Every customer and every supplier has an account: orders, payments, debts and a printable statement with the running balance. Payments are allocated to open orders automatically. The finance dashboard shows revenue, expenses with approval, collections and analytics, and sales reports show the best products and customers.
Sales reps and drivers have their own portal: their assigned orders with the shop address and phone, their completion rate, and the expenses they submit for approval.
The system is delivered in Arabic and English, set up with your warehouses, products, customers and prices, and your team is trained before go-live.
